1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the cv7 Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of cv7 regardless of how they access the Platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any third-party application or interface that connects to cv7. They supersede any prior agreement, representation, or understanding between you and cv7.

cv7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms before each use of the Platform. Continued use of cv7 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on cv7, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, trusts, and other legal entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must not be accessing cv7 from a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order previously applied on this or any affiliated platform.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended account on cv7.

cv7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. You may be required to submit identity documentation — including but not limited to a National ID card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — before withdrawals are processed or at any point deemed necessary by the cv7 compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or submission of false, misleading, or forged documentation, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Any activity performed under your account credentials is your sole legal and financial responsibility.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify cv7 immediately at [email protected].
• cv7 will never request your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other channel.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cv7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). cv7 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

• The minimum deposit is ৳100 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• cv7 does not charge a deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. In rare cases of technical delay, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support.

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be sent to a payment method in your own name that was previously used to make a deposit, or a method verified during KYC.
• Before processing a withdrawal, your KYC verification must be complete.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 60 seconds of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
• cv7 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing time up to 72 hours.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are not permitted until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

cv7 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of prohibited activities. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored. Suspicious transaction patterns may result in account suspension, mandatory documentation requests, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law. Players must never use the cv7 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

cv7 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms in this clause as well as the specific terms displayed on each individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not immediately withdrawable.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement, a time limit, and eligible game restrictions — all displayed on the relevant promotion page.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sports bets, and crash games may contribute a lower percentage or zero — check individual promotion terms.
• cv7 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time, including where bonus abuse or exploitation is suspected.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that exceed the maximum bonus bet limit (stated in each promotion's terms) may have winnings voided.

5. Betting Rules & Game Fairness

All casino games available on cv7 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers under studio conditions. Neither cv7 nor any player may manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided by the relevant game studio and are available on request.

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, tennis, and others, are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type. cv7 reserves the right to void bets where a match is abandoned, suspended, or where the outcome is subject to a verified integrity investigation.

• Collusion between players to manipulate outcomes or share information in real-time multiplayer or live dealer games is strictly prohibited.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts is prohibited. All wagering must be performed manually by the registered account holder.
• Exploitation of software errors, miscalculated odds, or platform bugs is prohibited. Winnings generated through such exploitation are void and will be removed.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed solely to extract value from bonus funds without genuine recreational intent may result in bonus removal.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Platform's software or servers is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

In the event that a bet is accepted at a clearly incorrect price due to a technical error or human error, cv7 reserves the right to cancel or void that bet and return the stake to the player's account. Where bets have already been settled at an incorrect price, cv7 may recalculate and adjust the settlement. Players will be notified of any such adjustment via their registered account.

6. Responsible Gaming

cv7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. These tools are accessible at any time from within your account settings, or by contacting support at [email protected].

If you believe your gambling behaviour has become problematic, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion feature or reach out to our support team immediately. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the cv7 Platform — including but not limited to its brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and compiled data — is the exclusive intellectual property of cv7 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the cv7 Platform or its content without prior written consent from cv7. Unauthorised use of any cv7 intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cv7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings resulting from technical failures outside cv7's reasonable control, or loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

cv7 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. cv7 will endeavour to minimise disruption and will communicate planned maintenance via the Platform's announcements section where possible.

In all circumstances, cv7's total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Termination & Suspension

cv7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct in connection with the Platform.
• Breach of the one-account-per-player rule or creation of a duplicate account following a suspension.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Any activity that harms, disrupts, or threatens the integrity of the cv7 Platform or its other players.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of cv7, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. The cv7 support team will respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority. cv7 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will cooperate fully with any regulatory or judicial process initiated in good faith.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. cv7 does not seek to exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

11. Privacy

Your use of cv7 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data cv7 collects, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, and your rights in respect of that data. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
